This is a Sunday.The food was acceptable, however the service is way below standard. Walked in and was told to sit anywhere, we sat there, expecting a menu to be handed to us. Then we were informed to go all the way back to get a menu and order over there. There was two staff managing the front, the one who took my order was a new person. The experienced staff (middle aged) was on her phone while the new staff needed help. Ordering took way too long for just 3 things. After ordering we got back to our seats and waited. The new staff served us the desserts but handed us the wrong order. I am perfectly fine with paying for the good food but can we as customers just have some standard service?

We came for the shaved ice and was not disappointed. It was delicious and refreshing. We ordered the strawberry blueberry cheese milk one and it was really good. I recommend bringing cash because the card payment would not work at times due to connection issues with wifi.

This place is so fire the shaved ice tastes like what I had in China. It’s rare to find good dessert places like this in NYC in general and this place is soooo good. Hopefully they keep up with the quality. Don’t listen to the people complaining about the portion size. This place doesn’t do tipping and the dessert is decently priced. Like for 7 to 10 dollars do you expect a 6 inch cake with gold flakes on top.

First time here and I’m impressed! The food and dessert presentation is 9.5/10. I missed out on the milk skin yogurt this time, but the overall quality is excellent. Definitely authentic and not overly sweet~

Super cute and aesthetic plating, cheap compared to many other places i’ve went to. The portions are actually huge for what you pay for, alot of the reviews probably forget that the same items would be almost 2x the cost elsewhere. The wait time was long but thats because they’re newly open, but the wait time wasnt that long either. About 10 minutes for the shaved ice. The taste is fine and i like the selection and variety
